  • Isolation -- we need to measure millivolts on cells more than 300V apart
  • Measure cell voltage with 10mV (?) precision
  • Survive cell voltages as low as 1.5V -- under acceleration cells may sag to half their normal voltage.
  • Measure bypass energy. If we can count amp-hours bypassed then we can more easily write algorithms that predict what to do based on past behaviour.
