The radiator came with documentation clearly stating that the coolant must be non Alkali. Having read up on the various options, I think the best and easiest to get hold of is "Prestone Extended Life antifreeze/coolant" which is available from Repco and Super cheap (this is not the "Dex Cool Prestone" product, which Japanese manufactures seem to dislike).
